GO for the GOLD: Running Club Starts Tuesday, September 4th!
In keeping with the Olympic Spirit, our theme for this year's running club is "GO for the GOLD!" Each month, the classes that have the most kids completing a running card will be honored with either a gold (1st place), silver (2nd place) or bronze (3rd place) plaque that they will get to keep in their room for the month. The competition will start over again each month, so every class has the opportunity to win one of the plaques every month. At the end of the year, the 3 classes that have the most kids completing running cards for the whole year will receive gold, silver and bronze medals!
To kick-off our theme, we will have a gold medal charm giveaway on Tuesday, September 4th, before school only. Any student that runs at least one lap gets a charm!
Remember, running club takes place everyday before school (8:15A) and at recess!
THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSORS!
We are so grateful to all of the families and businesses that help support the running club!
