All students in grades K-5 receive a weekly thirty minute music lesson by a certified music teacher, Mr. Rowley.  In addition to singing, students receive music instruction in learning to play a variety of instruments.  Thanks to a generous donation from the Leichtag Foundation and a partnership with the Carlsbad Museum of Making Music, students at Joli Ann Leichtag enjoy a rich musical program.
